Our story

From one family, to other families.

Polyteis grew out of one family's own need — and keeps growing for other families, specialists and institutions.

Polyteis the mascot waving

The beginning

Polyteis began as a stand against a simple, exhausting problem: the family of a child with special-education needs was juggling five separate apps, three paper charts and a notebook of constant notes. Data didn't flow between tools; what the specialist needed to see, the family didn't have — and the family's work never reached the specialist.

Polyteis was built to close that gap: one consistent language across modules, a local vault that keeps the child's data on the device, and a single progress curve that makes sense to the family.

From syllable-based reading engines to IEP report drafts, from AAC card bridges to on-device eye/pose/expression measurements — every piece was written for the same purpose: letting family and specialist look at the same data in a more organized, more understandable way.

Mission & vision

Structured tracking, at the family's daily pace.

Mission

Every parent should have the support they deserve within arm's reach. Special education shouldn't be locked behind expensive institutions or faraway cities. Polyteis organizes work tracking, session notes, report drafts and family–specialist communication on one device.

Vision

One environment for every individual who needs special-education support: working in Turkish and English today, with more languages in progress; consistent across modules and simple for families.

Working principles

Modern, without losing warmth.

Promises made to families

We keep promises made not just to institutional customers, but to a single family — a single child.

Data belongs to the child

Sensitive data stays encrypted on the device. The family decides about cloud backup.

ML stays on device

Face, eye and pose analyses run without footage ever leaving the device.

Language-aware engines

Syllabification, verb conjugation, vowel harmony — built on each language's own structure; more languages are in progress.

Consistency across modules

Progress in one module shapes the next; no module works in isolation.

Slow, solid releases

We don't tire children and families for the sake of speed; features aren't announced before they're verified.
